Overview

Quanticate is looking to hire Statistician II or III who can support in carrying out statistical tasks and provide high quality statistical support. 

Carry out tasks relating to the programming requirements of statistical reporting.

Responsibilities

Carry out statistical tasks requiring a high level of technical training and understanding.

Provide high quality statistical support to studies including production of tables, figures and listings, contributing to SAPs and statistical reports under the guidance of Senior and Principal Statisticians.

Plan, organise and manage work load, often working across multiple studies

Complete work on time. Often work to timelines assigned external to Statistics.

Working to clients expectations

May organise/coordinate some study deliverables

Manage the scope of projects, including identification of work that is beyond scope or budget

Decide when issues should be raised with the project lead/client.

Provide verbal statistical explanations to clients and internal customers

Ensure that statistical output delivered to the client is fit for purpose, on time, and completed within budget.

Ensure quality control of statistical output is executed thoroughly and in accordance with SOPs.

When required, work as project lead, ensuring tasks are appropriately delegated to other statisticians, and working with staff across functions.

Maintain good communication with the project lead, or client where applicable, including the status of any assigned work and any issues including data quality and timelines.

Develop mentoring skills to advise other statisticians or programmers.

Qualifications

Qualified to BSc &  MSc level in Statistics

1-2+ years experience within Pharmaceutical or Life Science Industry
