Job: Lead Generation Associate

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Location: UK remote

Hours: Full time (we can be flexible on the hours)


We are looking for a lead generation associate to assist Business Development in this pre-sales role to help with the expansion of the business by increasing market penetration and taking the services to a larger market place.


Reporting into the Head of Marketing and utilising available technologies, you will work closely with the marketing department following up with inbound generated leads, you will also be responsible for prospecting and nurturing your own leads, to secure meetings and generate qualified leads which will be handed over to outside sales team.


You will be talking and reaching out to Drug Development companies of all sizes and great for a candidate who wants B2B sales and marketing experience as you bridge the gap between both teams.


This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to gain pre-sales experience without the pressure of a sales targets and the ability to progress into a sales executive. This role also opens up the door to a career in marketing due to the nature of learning inbound marketing techniques.


With Remote working or office based locations in Hitchin or Manchester, and flexible working conditions this is ideal for candidates who may need to work around the school run and flexibility.



  • Clear KPIs leads prospected and nurtured and meetings secured for outside sales team
  • Picking up the phone and helping to move inbound generated leads down the funnel
  • Where required hold initial sales meetings to qualify leads before passing them over to the outside sales team
  • Utilize all tools available (Hubspot, Linkedin, etc) to provide support and identify Contacts within Target Accounts as well as other Accounts that are not currently in SalesForce
  • Use social media strategies to get the Quanticate brand in front of potential clients as you attempt to break into accounts and generate your own warm leads for follow up
  • Building email sequences to automate your email outreach efforts
  • Respond to website triggers of client activities to outreach to prospective clients
  • Set-up internal/external meetings as needed
  • Compile reports and metrics generation across the business development group as directed
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as required by management





  • Some experience in a sales environment is a must
  • Excellent PC skills, in particular, Word, Excel, Outlook (including calendar.)
  • Must be able to take ownership and responsibility of tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
