    Are you an expert clinical SAS programmer looking for a new and exciting challenge? If so, we are looking to recruit a technically outstanding Principal SAS Programmer who can really make a difference to our company, employees, and customers.

     

    We are looking for an expert to join and help support our global programming team that consists of over 100 clinical SAS Programmers. In exchange, we will provide a very competitive salary with the opportunity to grow further.

    This position can be home or office (Hitchin, Hertfordshire) based.

    Responsibilities

    To enable you to help drive Quanticate forward to be seen as a leader in the provision of programming services, it is essential that you can demonstrate the ability to support and mentor team members whilst providing leadership within the team. We are looking for someone who has experience in demonstrating technical expertise to the industry through talks, papers, and interactions with clinical teams.

    Qualifications

    • 8+ years programming experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or medical sector.
    • Holds knowledge and experience on the pharmaceutical industry and requirements for delivery of clinical trials.
    • Programming experience covering activities from study set-up to final reporting.
    • Proven ability in client relationship management.
    • Excellent PC skills.
    • Knowledge of statistical software packages/programmes (particularly SAS, CDISC).
    • Good organisational, communication and analytical skills.
    • Ability to set and manage priorities/expectations.
    • Good problem solving and conflict management skills.
    • Strong Project Management skills.
    • Strong Customer Management skills.
    • Has excellent negotiation skills and proven customer care ability.
