  • Overview

    Assist Business Development in the expansion of the business by increasing market penetration and taking the services to a larger market place. Reporting into the Marketing Manager and utilising available technologies, you will work with inbound generated leads and your own prospected leads to increase sales for the business.



    •Own all non-priority target account business opportunities and be responsible for client meetings, liaising potential proposal developments with contracts and proposals and issuing of such proposals to client, as you aim to secure new wins for the business

    •Research and utilize all tools available (Hubspot, LinkedIn, etc) to provide support and identify Contacts within Target Accounts as well as other Accounts that are not currently in SalesForce

    •Use social media strategies to get the Quanticate brand in front of potential clients as you attempt to break into accounts and generate your own warm leads for follow up

    •Contact clients by e-mail and/or phone to schedule meetings for Business Development Managers to attend for target accounts, and your own sales meetings for non-target accounts with the opportunity of commission on sales won.

    •Respond to website triggers of client activities to outreach to prospective clients

    •Set-up internal/external meetings as needed

    •Compile reports and metrics generation across the business development group as directed

    •Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by management



    •A-levels and ability to demonstrate proficient and relevant commercial and/or business experience

    •Excellent PC skills, in particular, Word, Excel, Outlook (including calendar.)

    •Excellent communication skills (oral and written), good organisational and analytical skills with an attention to detail

    •Must be able to take ownership and responsibility of tasks.

    •To be able to work under pressure, use own initiative and flexible

    •Highly efficient and organised, able to meet deadlines and prioritise work

    •Strong interpersonal skills

    •Excellent telephone manner

    •IT literate (including all office packages)

    •Personal presence, drive, and enthusiasm

    •2 years plus experience in a sales role

    •Track record of tele sales activities preferred
