Perform complex statistical tasks requiring a high level of technical training and understanding. Provide high quality statistical support to studies including design and analysis of studies, expert consultancy advice, statistical investigations and data simulations, input to study protocols and reports.
Provide high quality statistical support to clients, which conform to current Quanticate and client-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes, and to applicable regulatory requirements.
Provide expert technical support in the delivery of projects across the statistics function. It is expected that on average 70% of the role will be taken up with this activity.
Assist Head of Statistics in the provision of leadership and direction to the function.
Be accountable for enhancing customer satisfaction for assigned projects and those projects led by immediate team. Ensure high levels of customer care are provided by self and by team.
Contribute to business development activities to maintain and attract contracts involving statistical work components.
Seek and foster opportunities for new/repeat business for self and immediate team.
Represent the Company in disseminating and publishing technical knowledge within the statistical community/pharmaceutical industry at national and international level.
Contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing within the function.
Be the Project Statistician or Technical Lead Point of Contact for statistics for select key clients.
Provide technical leadership and support for the statistical components of assigned projects.
Ensure that project issues and risks associated with statistical aspects of assigned projects are identified and are effectively communicated within the organisation and with partners and clients.
Be point of contact for collaboration with academics in statistics.
Provide line management of assigned personnel.
