    To focus on internal communications, whereby your customers are the employees of the organisation and support the communication of corporate goals that aids employee understanding of the company vision and mission, set by the executive management team, via internal communication channels.

    To support employees in the use of internal communications tools and ensure that company wide communication is clear and understood and to drive employee engagement by utilising internal communication channels and ensure effective promotion of these channels on a regular basis. To participate in ad hoc projects as required.

    This is an entry level position where candidates are not required to have any previous work experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Administration of internal communication channels, such as SharePoint and Yammer on a daily basis, ensuring up to date and accurate company information is displayed.
    • Staying up to date in the social media field on an on-going basis and sharing knowledge with both the HR team and the wider organisation.
    • Supporting the creation of internal documents to share via communication channels.
    • Support employees and encourage cross departmental collaboration via internal networks.
    • Assist employees and managers with internal communication queries and resolve when necessary.
    • Assist the HR Team with internal communication activities and initiatives, including, but not limited to, employee engagement.
    • Proactively create posts and documents to share, ensuring that Praises are recorded in a timely manner
    • Identify opportunities for more proactive and innovative internal communications.
    • Engaging your customers by using the most effective channels, tools and messages.
    • Creating surveys and collating results, using analysis to identify areas of improvement.
    • Other reasonable, administrative tasks as directed by the Business.
